A pretty rough check-out experience

I stayed for 5 nights and had a nice time until check-out. We got hit with random charges for snacks we didn't take. After waiting for a manager who never showed, it felt like we were being accused of stealing. Super frustrating! On a good note, the free coffee was great, and the room was decent. Just be careful with charges.
